Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cash App Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial technology and customer service, with a focus on managing transactions and resolving issues within the Cash App platform.

Key Responsibilities:
-Apply daily cash receipts (ACH, wire, checks, credit cards) to accounts.
-Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
-Collaborate with internal teams for accurate fund application.
-Maintain records and assist with reporting and month-end closing.
-Identify process improvements for efficiency

Skills and Qualifications:
-Experience in cash application, AR, or related fields.
-Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Experience in logistics is a plus

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
