Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process of quoting, booking, and assigning carriers for inland trucking. You will communicate with clients, create accurate quotes, book orders, and work with load boards to find the most suitable carriers. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize service requests from customers.
- Schedule and dispatch service personnel to job sites according to customer needs and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
- Monitor the status and location of service personnel to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve service efficiency.
- Utilize dispatch software and tools to manage schedules and track progress.
- Handle emergencies and adjust schedules as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years experience in US ocean/import, previous experience in port dispatching is preferred.
- Familiarity with load boards such as Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching or related field preferred.

Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with occasional high-pressure situations.
- Requires flexibility in working hours, including possible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
