We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Carrier Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with transportation carriers to meet our company's shipping and logistics needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new carriers to expand our network and ensure capacity.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain and analyze carrier performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast shipping needs and coordinate logistics.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new carriers.
- Resolve any issues related to carrier performance and shipment discrepancies.
- Ensure all carriers meet regulatory and safety compliance standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or carrier sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in carrier sourcing, logistics, or a related field.
