Job Title: Insurance Compliance Administrator

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Philippines

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Compliance Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our insurance operations comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves monitoring compliance activities, conducting audits, and providing support in regulatory reporting and filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review of emails, inquiries and calls regarding COI’s or Additional Coverage
  2. Researching industry compliance regulations and policies.
  3. Reviewing and Processing of Potential Bond Complaints and Filed Bond Complaints.
  4. Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance.
  5. Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation.
  6. Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments.
  7. Executing new compliance policies and procedures as required.
  8. Applying for compliance certification and regulatory approval.
  9. Developing and maintaining a compliance recordkeeping system.
  10. Maintaining communication with compliance regulators and following up on inquiries.
  11. Keeping up with compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.1
  12. Working with the Double Brokering Team to establish COC and proper responses to RCA/CA forms.
  13. Quoting and issuance of Shippers Interest policies through Reliance/Load sure Portal.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of experience in the transportation industry.
- Brokerage/Insurance Compliance experience is a plus.
- Insurance Experience and acumen required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM).
- Experience with compliance management software.
- Understanding of risk management principles.
