Job Title: Technical Recruiter Specialist
Overview:
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for an organization. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill technical positions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
-Identify and engage with technical candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
-Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.-
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation:
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and technical interviews.
-Assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Coordinate technical assessments and coding tests as required.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
-Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
-Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations.
-Ensure alignment between hiring strategies and business goals.
- Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience:
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support:
-Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
-Assist in pre-employment checks and onboarding processes.
-Maintain relationships with new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
-Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and source effectiveness.
-Provide regular reports and insights to improve hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in IT, software development, or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT trends.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
