Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer with a strong background in UiPath to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role will be critical in driving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and delivering high-value automation solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:
● Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex RPA solutions using UiPath.
● Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation.
● Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable UiPath workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
● Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and quality assurance for RPA projects.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions and support production deployments.
● Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to the development of team knowledge and best practices.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath.
● UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) are strongly preferred.
● Proficiency in designing end-to-end RPA workflows, integrating various systems, and automating complex processes.
● Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python) and experience with SQL databases.
● Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
● Experience with process analysis, process mapping, and optimization techniques.
● Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in RPA development using UiPath.
