As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be critical in ensuring our customers receive
efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions. You will analyze pricing strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive logistics solutions.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via email.
• Provide rate quotes for established customers for transportation modes including but not limited to air, container ocean freight, trucking, warehousing, etc.
• Collaborate and execute with the operations team.
• Daily vendor/carrier selection and management.
• Entering all shipment details within the Cargowise system for final payables approval.
• Support detailed pricing functions for all Central Oceans USA within the project/job bidding process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to meet customer needs and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in sourcing, pricing analysis, and logistics management.
• 5-10 years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation modes, incoterms, and logistics concepts
• Experience with Cargowise.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly Self Motivated and minimal supervision needed
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Results-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking in the realm of transportation and logistics.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
• Proficient in Apple Mac and MS Office Suite, including Cloud Storage and CRM in the context of ocean freight logistics.
