Job Description:

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Ocean Freight Coordinator to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor ocean freight shipments from origin to destination.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and packing lists.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to ocean freight shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience handling US Ocean Freight Shipments.
- Ability to understand the US Ocean Freight Import and Export regulations.
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask well.
