We are seeking a skilled Carrier Onboarding professional to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working with carriers in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new carriers to expand our transportation network
- Maintain and update carrier profiles in our database
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Communicate with carriers to resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of shipments

Requirements:
- Onboarding carriers: using highway trucker tools to call them, understand if they are good-fitting profile carriers, and add them to the database.
