Job Title: General Operations Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented General Operations Specialist to join our team. As a General Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. Your duties will include overseeing and managing various operational processes, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with different departments to improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operational processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with different departments to improve overall efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Monitor and manage budget and expenses related to operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes.

Requirements:
- Knowledge across all OTR freight modes: LTL, FTL, Intermodal
-Experience in Track and Tracing, Load Building, and Tenders.
-Highly proficient in TMS or Microsoft Excel.
-Comprehensive expertise in Carrier Sales/Dispatch.
