Job Description

Position: Training Specialist

Job Summary: The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for employees across various departments. The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and experience in creating effective training materials.

Responsibilities:

- Develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Design and implement training materials such as manuals, handouts, and online modules
- Deliver training sessions in person or virtually
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate them into training programs

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using Spring LMS.
- Ability to manage all onboarding of new hires and develop SOPs.
- Excellent average time required to produce one hour of typical e-learning material
