Job Description:The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including inventory management, vendor management, and shipping. The candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 or more years doing BPO Account Management
Proven experience in leadership, inventory, vendor/shipping evaluation, ensuring a smooth warehouse and shipment process
Ability to work with Accounting and Sales teams to raise and resolve issues and develop critical metrics
Proficiency in SalesForce, Box, Airtable, Logiwa Warehouse Software, Ashore Proofing, and other related tools
