Job Description

Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Job Description: The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including inventory management, vendor management, and shipping. The candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 or more years doing BPO Account Management
  • Proven experience in leadership, inventory, vendor/shipping evaluation, ensuring a smooth warehouse and shipment process
  • Ability to work with Accounting and Sales teams to raise and resolve issues and develop critical metrics
  • Proficiency in SalesForce, Box, Airtable, Logiwa Warehouse Software, Ashore Proofing, and other related tools
