Job Description: We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist who will be responsible for assisting customers with their requests, taking ownership of issues, and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth running of the business processes and workflows.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and recommend solutions
Assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business
Maintain accurate records and data in the company's systems
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 or more years doing BPO Account Management
Excellent in assisting customer requests and taking ownership of issues with existing customers
Proficiency in understanding new products and technologies/tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and addressing customer needs
