As a Logistics Recruitment Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
• Providing regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting and Headhunting
• A high level of competence in US Freight Logistics
• Proficiency in both Excel and Google Sheets
• Amenable to start immediately
