Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Admin to oversee our fleet operations and teams across multiple locations. The Operations Admin will mentor and coach team members, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, contribute to profitability, and recommend continuous improvements. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and delegate work to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to manage all drivers and operations staff.
  • Mentor and provide support to Operations Managers and drivers; maintain performance documentation.
  • Work with HR to handle discipline and termination of team members according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure maximum fleet reliability and uptime.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date records for all drivers.
  • Guarantee compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
  • Analyze financial performance of locations and determine areas for improved profitability.
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders and share status updates.
  • Suggest solutions, enhancements, and measures to prevent issues.
  • Assign and prioritize work to fulfill scheduling requirements.
  • Ensure assets meet quality, compliance, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in assisting Operations Managers and Drivers while also managing performance documentation.
  • Strong communication abilities, regularly engaging with stakeholders and providing status updates.
  • Proficient in offering solutions, improvements, and preventive measures to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
