Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Drayage Professional with Port/Intermodal experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Order entry, appointment setting, vessel/container tracking, paperwork retrieval, and analysis, management of exceptions, and booking issues.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and paperwork.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in drayage, port, or intermodal operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
