We’re looking for a strategic and skilled contract Copywriter to cover 20 hours a week through the end of the year. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to create multi-channel campaigns. This position starts ASAP through the end of the year, and you must be able to work 2-3 days a week onsite in the Twin Cities.

THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a sharp, strategic copywriter to craft compelling, on-brand copy that connects and converts. You’ll work across channels—email, digital, video, social, and more—to create copy that drives engagement and builds brand loyalty in this highly regulated industry. You’ll:

• Develop big ideas and write copy for multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to bring creative concepts to life
• Embrace and express the brand’s voice across every touchpoint
• Present your work with confidence and incorporate feedback with ease
• Stay curious research, learn, and evolve your skills constantly

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4–5 years of experience as a copywriter in a creative agency or in house
• A portfolio packed with smart, effective, and memorable work
• Strong understanding of product, technical, and brand writing, financial products a huge plus
• Ability to write for print, radio, web, email, social, and more
• Collaborative mindset and excellent presentation skills
• Familiarity with CMS, APA/MLA styles highly preferred
