• Grow and manage a book of manufacturing accounts across the U.S.
• Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and propose the best solutions.
• Place top engineering, operations, and maintenance candidates provided by our team of professional recruiters.
• Develop new business through marketing and client outreach.

To qualify, you should have:

• Manufacturing or Industrial experience in sales, HR, or customer service.
• A proven track record of working with internal/external customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• A self-driven work ethic and the desire to excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Tech savvy with MS Office experience.
• Ability to work full-time remotely across all US time zones.
