Job Description

Affirma Consulting, a young, fast paced, award winning tech company ranked one of the "Top 5 Best Mid-Size Companies to Work For" by the Seattle Business magazine, is looking for a Support Analyst to join our growing team in Romania.

Requirements:
  • Proven record of high attention to detail
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with learning new processes and programs
  • Experience in customer support
  • Experience with Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Excel skills with Pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP’s a plus
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and drive tasks through completion
  • Required to work 5 days per week from the office

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of Deal Review quickly and accurately
  • Frequent communication with internal and external teams
  • Identify discrepancies with deals and communicate/escalate accordingly
  • Ability to follow up and follow through of the completion of Review of deals that may require additional touch points before Review is able to be completed
  • Ownership of Review of deals specifically assigned to each team member
  • Ownership of additional tasks outside of Review
  • Accountable and responsible for closing out deals and completion of side tasks
  • Responsive to emails and pings
  • Adapt quickly to program and process changes
  • Learn and understand program rules to support Review of deals
  • With that comprehension of the rules, ability to identify and escalate gaps in processes to management in order to streamline program rules with stakeholders
  • Communication and responsiveness are a must, as the team works both collaboratively but also independently on individual tasks and deals
  • Responding to Review inquiries in team inbox
  • Update existing documentation to reflect updates to Review process/rules
