• Products Account Manager

      Location: Birmingham, AL

      Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

       Summary

The Product Account Manager is responsible for driving the growth of BLOX’s Standard Products business. This includes two distinct offerings:

      • Repeatable modular components (e.g., bathrooms, headwalls,) designed to integrate into traditional construction projects.
      • Productized buildings (e.g., Free-Standing Emergency Rooms, Primary Care Clinics, Bed Additions) selected from the catalog and site-adapted for turnkey delivery.

This role bridges product knowledge, client engagement, and revenue accountability. It requires a blend of technical fluency, commercial savvy, and operational follow-through. The ideal candidate is part strategist, part operator—comfortable translating market signals into scalable solutions.

Success depends on your ability to productize repeatable value and drive market adoption at scale. That means understanding where components and buildings fit into conventional AEC workflows, and building the relationships, educational tools, and execution strategies to unlock growth across both vertical and system buyers.

      Core Responsibilities

      Market Development

Standard Modules: Identify where and how BLOX’s components can add value within existing AEC workflows. Engage developers, architects, GCs, and subs. Map the ecosystem. Win advocates.

      Productized Buildings:

Supports the commercial development and sales of standard buildings ((e.g., ERs, clinics, med-surg additions). Qualify buyers, manage opportunity pipelines, and drive deals from inquiry through close. Collaborate with internal teams to align scope, delivery timelines, and cost.

      Product Ownership

Work closely with Product, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to define, refine, and deploy modular components that are technically robust and field-ready. You’re not just taking products to market—you’re helping shape them.

      Channel & Program Strategy

Develop scalable commercial programs, channel partnerships, and go-to-market strategies for standard modules. Think repeatability. Think adoption.

      Education & Enablement

Equip the industry with the knowledge and confidence to specify parts. This means creating playbooks, design tools, training modules, and preconstruction support programs that demystify modular adoption.

      Pipeline & Portfolio Growth

Build a pipeline that matches product maturity with market readiness. Prioritize opportunities that demonstrate repeatability and long-term volume.

      Internal Integration

Ensure coordination across commercial, product, and delivery teams. Close the loop from promise to installation.
