• Searching for a Sales Enablement Analyst in NC,SC, GA, AL, TX.


      The Sales Enablement Analyst  is responsible for supporting the sales organization in all planning, reporting, forecasting, systems,and competitive analysis. The role serves as the primary contact for the internal and external sales organization. enables sales through a matrix organization to facilitate new business development and coordinates with Sales to provide high quality services to the customer.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Responsible for the daily update and maintenance of Master data
      • Data analyst providing customer and market insights and creating business driven dashboards
      • Providing ad hoc reports and market insights based on data
      • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide specifications on creation, maintenance and use of data and reporting, manage data retrieval, organize data points, and communicate developing or changing needs
      • Take proactive ownership for personal training and career development
      • Assist in development and presentation of PowerPoint or other presentation materials for key customers and Internal stakeholders
      • Support the business with insightful ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as requested. These special projects could involve financial modeling and complex analytics to drive insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior management
      • Be proficient in identifying problems and presenting scalable solutions to resolve them
      • Provide recommendations/action plans to close gaps, analyze results; monitor sales and expense drivers, highlighting trends, and underlying causes of variance, with the ability to summarize the information in monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for management
      • Provide Sales Support with data analysis, sales insights and strategies.
      • Apply equal amounts of analytical skills and dedication to all other duties as determined by manager
      QUALIFICATIONS
      • Bachelor's degree from a four-year collège or university, equivalent experience, or any combination of both.
      • Experience in sales or sales operations.
      • Proficiency in computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point).
      • Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI and/or other analytic tools such as AWS, Oracle BI etc.
      • Strong communication and presentation skills.
      • Strong analytical and reasoning skills bility define problems, collectdata, establish facts,and draw valid conclusions.
      • Requires self-motivation and little or no supervision.
      • Must have ability to create demand for and sell Rheem products, and develop, maintain, and solidify good will and customer relations.
      • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment
