Duties Day to Day operations
- Manage and resolve all damage claims according to company guidelines.
- Manage and resolve all customer complaints according to company guidelines.
- Manage and schedule all labor.
- Perform recruiting for the site. Screen, filter, and interview utilizing company systems and protocols.
- Manage and perform all equipment preventive maintenance.
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and chemistry at the site.
- Manage and stock employee uniform inventory.
- Manage all customer service functions such as membership cancellations and refunds.
- Lead all critical repairs. Utilize the equipment support team efficiently.
- Purchase tools, parts, and supplies as needed.
- Manage any contractors performing work on site.
- Perform local sales and marketing in partnership with corporate teams.
- The GM is the first point of contact for all site inquiries, contracted services, and community outreach.

Incentives/Compensation for GM
- Eligible for standard Site Manager quarterly incentive program. Based on Labor control (CPMH), Membership Retention, and Facility audit.
- 1% of total sales, paid monthly (mid- month).
1% of controlled profit, paid monthly (after month end).
